Could more information be collected?

Since you have a semi-reproducible case, could you collect additional information with the following notes.ini settings in place:

DebugRouter=3
Log_Mailrouting=40

This will give more information when the error occurs and help identify the best place to look for the problem. If you happen to collect this for a case that works as well as one that doesn't, that might be best, but even just the data for a failing case would be useful.
